Drillex works as your dedicated recruitment partner, sourcing quality individuals from our extensive industry network and database of registered and pre-screened candidates. We can provide professional individuals across a range of disciplines for your operations both on and offshore. Whether your placement is a short term assignment, long term one, or a permanent position, Drillex will source suitable candidates with the requisite knowledge, skills and experience.

As part of our selection process all candidates are properly vetted and will only be submitted for consideration to a client once we are satisfied that they have the necessary experience, competence, training and qualifications for the role. Whenever recommending a candidate we also consider the ‘softer’ but equally as important issues of personality, attitude, flexibility, as well as a candidate’s personal circumstances. Drillex recognises the importance of properly screening potential candidates for roles because of the international nature of our work and the remote locations that our people can be required to work in.

Clients will be provided with a current curriculum vitae or Resume of the candidate’s experience, qualifications and training. Any additional information about the candidate can be provided as necessary.

In addition to our core recruitment, selection and placement services, Drillex can provide additional services in support of our clients’ operations. For example, our extensive experience in providing personnel for North African Oil and Gas operations means that we can quickly obtain business/work and tourist visas for Libya. We can also arrange for Libyan driving licenses to be obtained, for the legalisation of documents in Libya and Libyan translation services.
